Willimantic's newest neighborhood, Victory Lane, celebrated its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cuttinmg Thursday, Sept. 30th. Developer Dan Ouimette, Four Corners Real Estate Broker/Owner, Rich Marouski, Sales Associates and Listing Agents - Art Kostapapas and Peter Millman and other local officials and business leaders joined Willimantic's Mayor Ernie Eldredge in cutting the ribbon on the 11-lot, single family development.
